The primary activity consists of restoration services performed on typewriters owned by clients. Any restoration service is agreed upon privately following direct contact through the contact form or email communication. Occasionally, restored typewriters may be offered for sale. All purchases are finalized through direct communication. Availability, pricing, and shipping conditions are confirmed individually prior to completion of the transaction. Product images are an integral part of the item description and reflect the specific features of the item being sold.
Shipments are handled via DHL or GLS Express within the European Union. IMPORTANT: Shipping outside the European Union is not available. For customers located in Switzerland, solutions are possible but must be discussed privately in advance. If you live in remote or special delivery areas (islands, etc.), please contact us in advance with your full address to calculate the correct shipping cost. Typewriters are considered historical items of significant value that cannot be reproduced; for this reason, and due to international shipping regulations common to all couriers including DHL, they cannot be insured. All goods travel at the complete risk and peril of the client, even if sold delivered duty paid (franco destination).

Restored typewriters are mechanical vintage devices. Although fully serviced and tested, minor aesthetic imperfections consistent with age may remain unless otherwise specified. All restored typewriters sold come with a 2-year statutory warranty in accordance with EU and Italian law, covering defects in workmanship or materials. Please note that any shipping costs for repairs under warranty are the responsibility of the client.
